SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping over $100, flat rate of $10 under $100 in Australia only.

Please allow 2-3 Business days to pack and send your order, and couple of extra days during peak periods & sale periods.

Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post or Aramax. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification email along with a tracking number and Australia Post or Aramax will provide an estimated delivery time frame for your order to arrive.

You are responsible for typing the correct shipping details at checkout - if you see an error, please email us immediately at logistics@k9katering.com. If it hasn't been shipped yet, we'll try our best to change the address on your order, however, if it has been shipped it is your responsibility to have it redirected through Australia Post.

If you have refund a damaged product that occurred during transit, please contact us immediately and we will instruct you with how to make a claim.

Please note that Australia Post & Aramax are independent operators and we don't have control over exact delivery times.
