SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping over $90, flat rate of $10 under $90 AUS only.

Please allow 2-3 Business days for packing, and a couple of extra days during the peak period and during sale periods.

Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking email from either Australia Post or Sendle.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification email along with a tracking number and the courier will provide an estimated delivery time frame for your order to arrive.

You are responsible for typing the correct shipping details at checkout - if you see an error, please email us immediately at contact@k9katering.com. If it hasn't been shipped yet, we'll try our best to change the address on your order, however, if it has been shipped it is your responsibility to have it redirected through the shipping agent (Aus Post or Sendle).

If you have refund a damaged product that occured during transit, please contact us immediately and we will intruct you with how to make a claim.

Please note that our couriers are independent operators and we don't have control over exact delivery times.
