RETURNS & REFUNDS
IF INCORRECT PRODUCTS WERE SENT:
In the rare event you have received the wrong products, please contact us on email@example.com
To assist with your order as quickly as possible, we request that you provide your: Order Number, First Name and Surname. We will review what was ordered, what was delivered, and create a solution for you ASAP.
CHANGE OF MIND:
It is within your right to ask for a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarentees. To be eligible for a refund, the treats must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
If you would like to refund a product due to change of mind, a 10% restocking fee will be incurred, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
We also offer to exchange your returned products for alternate products of an equivalent value.
For all returns, exchanges, and refunds resulting from a change of mind, please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable - if you receive a refund, it will be for the cost of the product(s) only, not the order amount including shipping.

We will review each case and ensure you receive a replacement, refund or credit if there are issues with the quality of the products that we sent to you.
